Thanks ADE for the update on payments.  You listed S. Kennedy twice though.  I need to pay the balance in full in four weeks time and still have 16 places available.  I will be at the Glan all evening next Thursday and will be putting out another call for people who may be interested in coming along.  Is Budgie interested by the way?

The Roasted Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash Soup infused with Sweet Red Pepper served with a Bread Roll in the starters section appears to be suitable for vegans.  I will visit the Beaufort on Thursday and enquire about vegan options.

Things are looking great here.  I have so far (including myself) 40 people going out of 50 spaces booked.  I said that I was going to be happy if we reached that figure but there are still ten places going.  I want to make the final payment at the Beaufort at the weekend of 19-20 November so there is still some time.  I will be having a sesh at the Glan this Thursday and I will bring some copies of the menu along and I will also enquire about vegetarian and vegan options at the Beaufort.  You do not have to pre-order your choices, that can be done on the night but if I can get some idea of what people want then hopefully it will save some time on the night.

Is there an updated list of who is going, and who has paid?

If you look on Page 4 of this topic there is a list.  At the moment I have 40 inc. myself.  I will be sitting out tonight's Poachers trip in the Glan tonight so I hope to see a few people and get some more updates.
