I doubt if they will let you stop overnight in their car park in your van.  I can always scout around and see if you can park overnight nearby.

Actually, they have a big car park and won't know if I'm staying or have just abandoned the van there for the night...
All the other dinner venues we have used have been fine with people sleeping in their vehicles. If they want our business they will have to accept it, as they can't make me drive if I'm over the limit...

I would imagine a lot of customers leave their vehicles over night after getting a taxi the night before so you will just blend in.
