I will be on the Parys Mountain Copper Mines trip tomorrow so it will give me chance to get some more interest in the Christmas Party.

Just updated the list of whose coming.  Got 23 names so far.  I've messaged Ian Adams as he is dealing with the payments via the club's BACS and PayPal accounts regarding any more who may be coming as not everyone uses the forum.

Got 28 people, including myself coming along so far.  Still 22 places available.  I will be on the Garreg Boeth trip on Thursday so I can visit the Beaufort then and see if I can get hold of the Christmas menus.  Apparently you do not have to pre-order, you can make your choice on the night but if I can get an idea of what people wants for starters, mains and dessert and pass the info on, it should make the job easier for the chef and save time.
I do not have to make the final payments for another six weeks so there is still time.

There are a good number of regulars still not appearing here Greg, I would expect more to put their names down. The trouble is that a lot of folk leave things to the last minute.

Went to pick up the menu for the Christmas Party events from Beaufort Park Hotel yesterday before our Garreg Boeth trip.  We do not have to pre-order, the waiters will take the order on the night.  I thought it will help save time on the if people can decide now.  So far I have got 34 people coming at the moment so things are looking good.  Doug say he will be coming now.  Find attached the menu here.
