Nice one Greg. Looking forward to it and thanks for organising. Don't know if it matters, but my plus one is called Vicky Joyce.  :)

Got 41 people coming, a brilliant result.  If anybody else wishes to attend then they will have to go onto a reserve list as the final bookings and deadlines have been reached but there is the liklihood that some people may not be able to make it.
Here is the menu with vegan options included:

STARTER

Roasted Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash Soup infused with Red Pepper served with home made roll ***VEGAN***
Homemade Chicken & Duck Liver Terrine, a Paté served with Sour Dough Croute and Apple & Cranberry Chutney
Forest Mushrooms & Chorizo in a Garlic & Parsley Butter Sauce on a Warmed Garlic Ciabatta ***VEGAN OPTION WITHOUT THE CHORIZO***

MAIN

Roast Crown of Turkey served with a Chipolata & Bacon Roll, Sage & Onion Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce and Gravy
Roast Topside of Welsh Beef Served with a Homemade Yorkshire Pudding, Horseradish Sauce and Roast Garavy
Fillet of Salmon Supreme in a Spinach & White Wine Cream Sauce
Vegan Nut Roast, A mix of Cashew Nuts, Chesnuts & Almonds.  Mushrooms & Rice topped with Cranberries & Vegan Gravy ***VEGAN***

DESSERT

Baked Chocolate & Cranberry Cheesecake with a Fruit Coulis
Traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce
Selection of Cheese & Biscuits served with a Homemade Chutney
Vegan Fudge Cake ***VEGAN***
Fruit Salad or Strawberries ***VEGAN***

You do not have to pre-order, you order on the night, however it may be helpful to know what vegan options are required in advance as I will be in North Wales on Thursday afternoon, 1st December so I can let the catering staff at the hotel know.

Hi both,

We'll be in the van so won't have spare seat and will be staying over.

Sorry.
The trees have ears, the hills have eyes. Trust no one... but the sheep.

I did think I might, but my van is freezing without any heating, an no loo either!!

I could double sleeping bag it, and put a hot water bottle in at the start of the night
