Thurs Night Trips - 17th November 2015 - HDL & Crockfor

Hi gang.

2 trips on this week (1 SRT - Crockford's Shaft, 1 non SRT - Halkyn Deep Level).

Plan is for everyone to meet at the Glan and we can decide on fewest cars as poss to the various trips.

Meet Point: The Glan-y-afon / Mike's

Meet Time: 6.30pm

As things stand I will be late as working till 7.00 but hopefully I can get a swap sorted.

Sorry if bit thick, but is any of this the digging/tidying thing, or is that dealt with separately?  

And if not that, can it be sent out as a plan as would seem much simpler to me - a 'This is it, who's coming?' sort of thing?

Won't be staying late at pub coz got an early start friday. Morning.

 All else. I'll be in landy so can travel in that from the Glan I.e. one car. I quite fancy halkyn deep if I'm totally honest ie from the portal end. Want to have a look to see if I left my tripod lying about anywhere obvious!

I am hoping to join you for HDL but if I'm not there, don't wait for me (I am relying on morons actually doing what they get paid to do tomorrow so anything could happen and I might not make it)

Shan: This isn't the tidying the shaft top project, but it is a lovely (slightly moist) little trip that you should definitely be on

did mention under HT that crockfords should be cancelled due to the volume of water that will be pouring down the shaft these conditions are not suitable for bolting never mind srt, the weather for Thursday is
amber, will not be out myself as I am down with a chest infection, good luck with the tunnel take a bar to break some of the floor up and a tape measure and pen and paper to measure the height and width of the tunnel,have a good trip and let me know how you get on

Hmmm.... You're more than welcome but its not bagilt we're heading too. Its a few miles away up a dirt track and we'll all be going up in my landrover.

If you can get to pub for 6.45 then brill though.
