2013 BCA Cards

Just an update ....

I sent off the renewal form for the club and it's members after the AGM (part is done by email which includes the list of members and part is done on paper for the club details including access agent issues (and, of course, the cheque)).

Although it is obviously a busy time of year for the BCA renewal officer I had hoped to have heard something back by now and I have therefore sent a small nudge.

Hopefully we will have everything through ASAP.

Yup, they were among the 1,000 cards posted today.

Glad you posted, I saw that SimonRL had posted his lot out, and I was about to nudge you  :whistle:

Dan mentioned that he had been refused a permit by CNCC for Lost John's as "UCET" was not a BCA registered club - I was "irritated" to say the least.

I then forgot all about that (because I am good at being a numpty) but then saw Simon's post which reminded me and which spurred me into action.

I use my barclaycard for that, thats the only use for it these days.

On a more serious note ... the BCA cards have now arrived, I will start getting them out ASAP ... not sure I have everyone's "up to date" addresses though  :blink:
