The non-SRT trip will be walking from Cwmorthin - completely the opposite end of the mountains to the usual CRTT trip. If done on the same day, the SRT'ers will have to have a completely seperate trip frm a different location.

Why?
I always walk up from Cwm as it avoids the walk back over the mountain after the trip and also means I can change at adit 9 and hide my clothes there so that they are right where I want them when I come out. And it avoids a two car shuffle (which is a major pane in the ass)
Les,

We drive right up to the Croesor entrance avoiding any walking at all for the CRTT trip (except back over to the entrance on the outside but that is much shorter than the Cwm walk).

Your way works perfectly for the non SRT trip and also if you cannot get your car to the entrance the other way (you need a landrover which I think you have !)

After consideration.

Can we keep the non Crtt trip and the Crtt trip on different dates please? Ian's proposed mooch would uncover areas of Rhosydd that not many members have seen before and will be quite an interesting and relaxed trip if I'm honest.

excellent point joel, seeing as we are doing crtt on the 25 it would be a shame to miss out all the other stuff we usually leave out.
