Trip:  Maeshafn Mine

Trip Type: General mooch for newbies, digging trip for those who want to!

Meet time: 18.30

Meet place: Usual spot at lay by in Maeshafn half way down the hill on right in direction of Llanferres

Notes: A bit squeezy on the way in/out, a bit muddy whilst in there but great fun anyway!!

as you enter the mine system and go down the first small incline, instead of turning left through the small crawl, go straight on over a dodgey false floor you come to an open stope .this is where mick and myself are going. we are bolting a traverse line over the stope were we are hopeing to connect to an internal manway which should take us to the other side of the dig at the bottem of the bottom incline(hopefully):dry: :dry:
