Spar Mine Water Level

As at 12th Dec 2011;

The water has RISEN to a few inches to just over wellie depth (an increase of 6-10 inches since the last visit several weeks ago)

There has been quite a bit of rainfall over the last week. Water in other mines has gone up substantially in the last week.

Hopefully it will go back down.

Thats interesting as we thought the water had risen slightly the day we took the measurements.

As at 17th Dec - the water has risen, roughly, another 2 feet in 1 week.

I would guess the water is now 2-3 feet deep as you step out on to the rail tracks at the bottom
