Hello All,


Here are the details for our next Thursday night trip â€" 14/12/2023

**Maximum number of 20 people**

Ty Gwyn Adit & Victorian Reservoir

Did you know there was a mine underneath the streets of Llandudno and you enter it by the pier? Well, you do now. Again, with GOES guiding us through, you can see the wonders that are hidden beneath the streets of the town and even experience a coffin level! G.O.E.S - www.goes.org.uk/home

Before going into Ty Gwyn we have access to have a look at the Victorian Reservoir, entrance is via a ladder (non-electron) these two are situated close to eachother so if you have waders they are advised, before getting changed and heading into Ty Gwyn)

Location : Llandudno
Meet Place : The pier head
Meet Date : Thursday 14th December 2023
Meet Time : 18:30 â€" 18:45pm
Requirements : Wellies, overalls, helmet, lamp, gloves, Knee pads (For Victorian Reservoir the water will be above knee depth, so waders reccomended then you can get changed out of them for the Ty Gwyn trip after)

PARKING: Road alongside the promenade in locations you can find whilst reading parking T&C signs.

The Ty Gwyn Adit is gooey and you will need knee pads to get to the end.


If you do fancy coming and you need to borrow equipment (like a lid/lamp) then you MUST reply to the UCET forum so that we know to bring the stuff you need.

I was under the impression we were doing the reservoir on the Orme on 14th. I was going to venture out, but I've done Ty Gwyn loads of times, so won't bother
