Howdy Doody,

Here are the details for our next Thursday night trip (there are two);

TRIP #1 & TRIP #2
Belgrave Mine (Trip #1 SRT through Trip) (Trip #2 Adit Amble)
This week we are off to Belgrave mine to enter the top adit, abseil down to the bottom adit and emerge again from the middle adit.

For the non-SRTers, there will be the opportunity to explore both the top and middle adits (and see the glorious marble)

Location : Llanferres
Meet Place : Lanferres Layby for Pot Hole Quarry
Meet Date : Thursday 3rd Nov 2022
Meet Time : 6:30pm â€" 6:45pm  
Requirements : SRT kit (if doing the SRT trip), Wellies, overalls, helmet, lamp, gloves

Nearest Postcode : CH7 5SN

We will be meeting at this layby then heading for the mine around 1 mile further on. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles at the mine and it may be necessary to car share from the layby.

I have a fair amount of experience, and I used to be an assistant cave instructor for Go Below in Cwmorthin and Rhiw Bach mine. No I am not currently on BCA, is that a requirement or can I come along? Also how can I go about becoming a full member?
