Basic rope awareness course

May 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th,
June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
It will be a 20.30 start accept for the first and last will be 19.00hrs.
Let me know what six is best for you all.

Ok so we are on for tomorrow 19.30 at the Glan please can you bring £20 in an envelope with your Name on.
After tomorrow there will be 4 Wednesday's at the leisure centre 20.30 till 22.00hrs and finally last one underground Nicole that's fine will see you next week.
