Can this website be fixed so it doesn't fuck up photos

OK, I take a picture on a phone in portrait. The image shows on my computer in portrait with gimp, gwenview etc. I upload to the website and it puts it in fucking landscape - i.e. on its side. It's as much use as a chocolate fireplace. Could we get this fixed. Maybe you look at the metadata and decide it should be rotated - just don't, keep the orientation as is. It's not much to ask is it?

While we are on the subject of the website Remember is spelt wrong and no longer saves login credentials...

That is frustrating.

Another one (jumping on the band wagon here) is that new users cannot create an account (the process returns an error for all attempts). I have to do it in the admin thingy for people that ask. Of course, I have no idea how many people tried and just gave up  :dry:
