Howdy Doody,

Here are the details for our next Thursday night trip;

ODB Ogof Dydd Byraf
This is a non-SRT trip but you must have a belay belt (or harness) for the initial ladder down (requirement of the host club). Once down you will be exploring the cave and going through to OLD Ogof Llyn Du. This is the prettiest cave along the Alyn geological passage with nice little dangly things hanging around inside. If you haven’t done it, you should.

Location : Minera
Meet Place : Usual Car Park for meeting/changing
Meet Date : Thursday 21st October 2021
Meet Time : 6:30pm â€" 6:45pm
Requirements : Belay Belt (or harness), Wellies, overalls, helmet, lamp, gloves. You will also need your BCA card or, at least, your BCA number (another requirement).

Link to Parking: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.0606119,-3.0990575,3a,75y,202.63h,64.51t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1svACWtMKeOyEsMXge_xc5qQ!2e0!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fpanoid%3DvACWtMKeOyEsMXge_xc5qQ%26cb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile.gps%26w%3D203%26h%3D100%26yaw%3D41.228954%26pitch%3D0%26thumbfov%3D100!7i13312!8i6656?hl=en-GB

That’s the turning to take which leads to the car park (it’s a cul-de-sac and the Google van didn’t go down it)

The trip is limited to SEVEN people and will be offered to members (and Pete) on a first come/first served basis â€" you MUST indicate that you wish to come on the UCET Website Forum thread (above). If there are any spaces left we may be able to facilitate non-members but you MUST have your BCA membership card.

Thanks !

See you soon…..

:)

Ian

Picture is NOT of ODB but rather a "connected" cave, 1 point if you correctly name it.
