If, as you rightly say, parking in Belgravia is likely to be difficult, then can I suggest that if at all possible we ask Additers to meet us at the Druid, and from there we ferry everyone to Belgravia with the minimum of vehicles.  I will have my white van, Leahey has his carpet shed - we could take them anywhere.

our vans would probably get stuck/bogged down so i think tims landybus will help a lot and i'll try and turn up in the wifes 4 wheeler if she's not out in it

That sounds like a good plan.  We can always shuttle to keep the number of parked vehicles low.

what we usually do is park in the BIG layby just down the road as we will fill the druids carpark.
it's fine to meet up there but i would suggest you all move to the layby

Which one layby or pub ? Either way i havent got clue where to go from there so i dont give a monkeys which

I will go to the Druid with Vikki, Joel and guest.  We can then collect some people and return to the layby and collect more, returning if needed to get even more.

should we all go ahead and say we'll get to the druid at half 6 and work if out from there. I can fit 9 passengers and can do more than 1 run if needed. think i'll even put the trailer on for the gear!

I reckon if you are leaving vehicles in the pub car park, the owners (Julie & Jim), will be well pissed off UNLESS someone asks permission AND all go in for a pint afterwards.
Just a thought.
