hey les if we book 12 beds and someone pulls out do the 12 beds have to be paid for , if so it would be good to inform people that they still have to pay ? please let me know the score as i don't want the wessex missing out :unsure:  :unsure:  :unsure:

You only pay for the beds you use (unless we have to turn others away and you let us down). It is unlikely that all the beds will be used so it out not be an issue, but better to let us know if people drop out and less beds are needed.
