It is Fool's Gold and it is a copper mine.

The bloody thing is collapsed not far in so it isn't a trip (well, no more than a mooch).

It's not in Dolgellau and it isn't Britannia Copper mine but Britannia is closer.

I suspect you have both walked "over" it  :whistle:
