UCET Caving Trips Thursday 17th September

Morning All

We have two trips on this week, one SRT and one non SRT.

SRT TRIP

Location: Pepe’s Shaft (North Henblas)
Meet Place: Outside of the Glan Pub, Dolphin, Milwr
Meet Time: 6.30pm -6.45pm
Requirements: Wellies, overalls, helmet, lamp â€" SRT kit
 
Mike will be visiting Pepe’s shaft so opportunity for SRT practice for those that dare.
 


NON SRT TRIP

Location: Maeshafn Mine
Meet Place: Telephone Box, centre of Maeshafn
Meet Time: 6:30pm-6:45pm
Requirements: Wellies, overalls, Lid/Lamp, gloves (You will get wet and muddy so bring a spare change of clothes)
 
Notes :  A general trip and mooch.
 


If you can let us know if you are coming that would be great, should there be no takers for the non SRT trip please let me know as if the weathers still good I’ll be happy to wander up Moel Famau instead

If you haven't completed an srt course with budgie you won't be able to come.

Think it will be Moel Famau for me.  I am not SRT trained for big pitches and Maeshafn's a poo hole that I promised myself that I won't be going back into!

I’ll only be going up there if maeshafn doesn’t happen, not that it stops you going up anyways
