Hi, any plans for this Thursday?  I am not working then so I will be able to make it.  I can turn up early for Doug's Dig, otherwise I am interested in a mine or cave trip.

Apologies folks, I have been caught up in house moving and deciphering the resultant sea of boxes.

Here are this weeks details.

TRIP: Poacher's Cave. A general mooch and explore of it's interesting passages.

MEET POINT: Bridge Car park opposite caravan park (alongside the river Alyn) between Cilcain and Pantymywyn.

MEET TIME: 6:30 - 45pm

EQUIPMENT: Helmet and lamp, caving suit/overalls, wellies/boots, change of clothes.  

ESSENTIAL: CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ENSURE THEY BRING AN ELECTRON FOR THE SHORT PITCH.

I have a dentist appointment in the morning but will be digging from about 2.30 onwards in anyone wants to start early.

It's not long since I did Poacher's so I would be happy to come round to your dig tomorrow afternoon.  I will bring my wetsuit so I can go into the adit below if need to.

A breakthrough of sorts have been made.  Steve managed to squeeze his way through from the Tre-Ogden Day Level below into the shaft in Doug's field after a lot of digging.
