seeing as most peeps are going to rhyd alyn and no-one else has chirped up fpr bog mine i think BOG mie IS OFF AND rhyd alyn IS THE TRIP park at chapel and meet at the lid

I was waiting outside the Druid in Llanferres but nobody turned up.  I set off from Preston at 15:30 so I wouldn't have received the news that the Bog Mine trip was off and I couldn't get an internet connection on my phone when I got to North Wales.  I did go over to the Chapel afterwards and saw some vehicles but did not know who they belonged to.  Not happy about the way things went today.  I will be up for another trip in two weeks time and I have nothing on  over the next two Sundays.

It sounds like nobody did and therefore got cancelled last minute.

I didn't Tom, I received the text message that about this week's trip and I replied to that saying I was going.  Perhaps I should also mention if I am wanting to go on this thread in future.  It seemed that the Bog Mine trip was cancelled after I set of from Preston and as I had difficulty getting a decent Wi-Fi or phone signal I did not find out until it was too late.
