Who wants a bright yellow UCET team tough mudder t-shirt for the event - with you name across the back. Can you let me know asap? - think it'll be about £15 a piece to get printed.

And finally - its £3 to bag drop near the start - and don't forget to bring waiver sheet signed and passport or drivers license coz they need official photo ID.

The last obstacle electroshock therapy is the funniest. It dropped me like a sack of spuds twice last year.

I've seen plenty videos on YouTube it looks amazingly funny, it looks like they are being hit with a police tazer. Does it only drop you if it hits your legs or just any sort of body contact?

Any part of your body. The voltage changes on all the wires constantly so you don't know which ones will shock you. I got hit by a powerful one and I just went limp and dropped.

Plans for tomorrow?
