YES - Bella and I would love a trip out on Saturday 5th.
Bella has said that she does not like vast black slate mines as much as squeezy muddy lead mines. But I prefer any.

I will probably be free - and, assuming I am, I could suggest a double trip ...

First stop - Conglog Mine (small with wet entrance)
Second Stop - A mine I don't know the name of but it is over the top of Cwmorthin but does not connect with it (more water at entrance)

Both slate but neither are huge. Conglog has the usual vast chambers (but not many of them) and the other one is more about walking through passages (I think the rail lines are still all present)

If I can go - meet at the cafe at 10:00am and expect water over wellies ?

... Anyone else coming .... ?

There is always a "chance" that Helen would come on a trip. The "chance" equates to the likelihood of one of us taking a swim in the sea of tranquility :huh:

I've already got a hush hush little look'y see'y planned for the sunday 6th. 2 days would result in sarah exploding but if between now & the weekend sunday plans fall through i'll join u on saturday instead :-)
