chat thingy

I have noticed that the chat thingy top left on the web site sometimes had a scroll bar and sometimes not. Is there a reason for this or is it a bug. It is quite annoying when you cannot scroll back through the conversations when it appears that it was interesting or funny. Is the chat archived somewhere else on the forum where what has been posted can be seen?

Les, its configued so that it should keep the last 10 items, items prior to this get binned forever.

The scroll bar - should appear whenever 10 items can't fit into one window - which due top the layout is all the time!

I'll keep an eye out for the scroll bar going missing - not noticed it myself up to now.
