Hi Tim,

I am trying to complete the membership form, but it is in PDF format, so I am not able to edit it, and unfortunately i do not have a printer or scanner at home. Any other way of completing the form online.

There are many free online tools for converting files. To convert the pdf form linked by Tim to an editable format such as .DOC or .DOCX you could use:
