Repeating mistakes

Watching repeats with a glass of red wine, is not the best evening I've had
but after another fine glass or two, it doesn't seem so bad

I'd rather go caving of course, but it would be wet and cold
so another glass would not go amiss, it's good for you, I'm told

those repeats are not as bad as I thought, I forgot I had seen them before
and who would go caving on a night like this, I can barely get up off the floor

and if the red wine is slurring my speech, and affecting my persona
never forget this one simple fact, alcohol KILLS corona
