I am holding my hands up the caving, physical has stopped as from today the  bones cannot take it after last nights
trip at the spar mine I was left in agony with the hip joints, I sold off some gear to a tree surgeon  mostly slings
and pully blocks and some crabs I will sort the rest of my gear out for the club drill bits hangers and inserts oversuits and under suit,s lamps, harnesses, the rest of the hardware I can sell off, will stay with the club on the
other side committee,  ambassador help budgie with the training explaining about the equipment and how to use it,that
sort of thing, other wise  you can all tell me to f..k off you old bastard who needs a 70 year old around a caving club, will not be out on Thursday,if Tim,Mike and Tom are pushing GB shaft could you let me know how you got on,Mick

try aqua aerobics to loosen the joints - I think there's a pensioners class at Holywell leisure centre. Check with Mike he will know. Swimming classes also available. !!!

are you trying to kill me early I hate f..kin water I cannot swim and if you think I am going in a leisure centre
wearing blown up wings you better think again, I think I will take up hand gliding  being in mid air will not affect
my hips it will only hurt once when I land .mick

Bollocks! I suggest you find a yoga class and attend - you don't have to wear a leotard - just turn up in shorts  :) You should be fixed if you go once or twice a week for a month or two.

Your far to young to quit caving - there's some diggers in the Mendip's over 80 and still active. You could take a leaf out of Roy Fellows book and take up karate - He's the same age as you  :ohmy:

Otherwise we will just sit you down to write out all your knowledge and use punctuation (you know, comma's, full-stops, paragraphs - all the things you fail to use in mail messages!)

You can still wear a leotard (or unitard like the one I sometimes wear!)

You seem to have forgotten that we have seen you sail across an underground lake in an inflatable armchair.
and in any case we broke into the adit at my dig last night, I don't believe for one minute you won't be coming for a look in the mine when we find passages not seen by humans since 1908.
and anyway what is hand gliding, only bats do that Mr Murph.
