Hi folks.

Apologies for late posting.

There is a trip to Rhyd Alyn (again) to carry on with installing the new platforms and ladders. If anybody is available to carry equipment down, please say so.

Meet time: 6:30-45pm

Meet location: Pen-y-fron chapel car park, Pen-y-Fron road, Pantymywyn.

You will need caving suit, helmet and lamp, cowstails and belt, wellies, gloves and a change of clothes.

You will get a bit wet and muddy but water levels are low.

I know murph also has an earlier trip at GB on the private thread.

If anybody would like to do a more simple meander such as Poachers or OHA please let us know.

Regards, Steve.
You're never late with a V8, sadly I do not own a V8!

hi peeps.

just to fill in with my whereabouts.

The earlier trip to GB to do the Maypoling i have now called off. Murph had already cancelled anyway with his gammy leg but i was going to push on with Dave T as seconder. But it turns out i'd double booked myself this afternoon anyway!

I've been chasing about to no avail today trying to source more scaff tube for mikes traverse. All i've got is two 3foot lengths which he recons is enough to press on with for tonight so i'll carry those in.

So I'll be going to the Chapel at 6:30pm and meeting a newbie (Julia) and then heading into GB from there - with said tubes plus a bag with some tools in - while mikes and co are working on the new milwr route i'll spend a few mins and put the finishing touches to the HDL route.

Then i'll be going to the pub afterwards.

Hopefully see everyone from all the digs and projects in the glan!

woohoooo!!
