After a few weeks of excellent SRT stuff this week will be a more casual non SRT offering. Also the past 2 weeks have had us down below till 11 o'clock so this week's trip gives us plenty of time to get to our watering hole for a few scoops.

Trip: Maeshafn Mine

Trip Type: General mooch around this interesting little mine. A little squeeze in one place which opens out pretty quickly so no need to worry.

Meet Point: At the triangle bear Miners Arms pub/telephone box in middle of Maeshafn. (Map to follow)

i'm not sure what i'll be doing, my grans on her last legs.  - i should be there though. :-)

I'm nipping over to derbyshire tomorrow to collect the BCA cave ready for the weekends shows. We could set it up next to the glan thursday night and we wouldn't even need to get our gear dirty - and for once would actually get to the pub nice and early ;-) haha

Don't bank on setting the cave up in 10 minutes. It is not a trivial task...
I should be about on Thursday so i am expecting some help with beer drinking in the Glan...

I've not been to Maeshafn before, how tight are the squeezes? and how much crawling is there (my knees are fucked at the moment...)

Good little trip (despite not remembering the way for the thru trip), great to see so many faces in the pub afterwards..
