New chat module

I just splashed out a whole £12.99 (think of the beers i could have bought!) for a new bit of functionality for the website.

Rather than filling up private messages (which we still have) i've added a chat module.

If you look at the very bottom of the scree, at the right hand side you'll see 'Online Users'. click on this and you'll see the online users and then click on any user to open a realtime chat window with that person.

Note: People will show as 'online in the chat' whenever logged into the website, obviously if people don't remember to log off the website eventually times out and logs people out automatically. The point is, if someones showing as online it doesn't mean they are sitting looking at the screen to get the message!
