Lost your profile picture? Don't panic!

I've changed some of the workings of the website tonight. Because of this you may (probably will) have lost your Profile picture (Avatar).

Sorry about the faffing about it causes but theres no other way i could what i needed to do without doing this.

To upload a new one use the new My Profile Button on the menu bar at the top of any screen. You'll see 'Edit my profile' in the pop-up box - following this link you'll see an option to upload/change your picture.

Can we support moving gif images again, I went to a lot of trouble to put my aqualung fish in a cave and now he is just a still flat image

You're going to hate me John - but no - i don't think we can. the change is because i need to use Community Builder for the Profile side of things to get good private messaging facilities (along with other things) and it doesn't seem to like animated gifs. Why not use a photo of you're pretty face instead?

I can't upload my avatar. It claims it cannot resize it.
It is only 28kb and is 80 x 74 pixels
