Sorry then .... it has me beat. I cannot explain why you can see "excerpts" and it DOES play for me and not for others. When I edit the properties on the youtube page it is set for "Public" and it is also displaying that it IS public (ie. unrestricted).

A glitch in the matrix perhaps :S

no good.  This video ontains links from WMG, EMI and ....  Copyright is prohibited.  thats what i get when I try and watch it.
