Our next ladies trip is to Ty Gwyn Adit.

Did you know there was a mine underneath the streets of Llandudno and you enter it by the pier? Well, you do now. Again, with GOES guiding us through, you can see the wonders that are hidden beneath the streets of the town and even experience a coffin level! G.O.E.S - www.goes.org.uk/home

Meet Date : Wednesday 19th June 2024

If you haven't done this trip already, it is definately a "must" ...

You enter the mine by the Pier (literally on the grass "garden" at the head) and then head directly for the town but, of course, underground.

There is also a coffin level ...

"Must do trip"

Hi, I would like to come along to this but I have never attended one before, would it be possible to borrow all of the mentioned equipment or how does it work? Thanks :)

Hi Laura,

We can supply a helmet and lamp for you to borrow. Wear old clothes that you don't mind getting wet and muddy. And then bring a change of clothes.

Kaz is running this one and will meet you at the meeting point on the grass at the pier head at 1830.

The trip lasts approximately 3 hrs, it is quite usual for us to go to the pub after.
