For anyone that hasn't seen this on Adit now. Cris Ebbs has finished the overlay for the Milwr tunnel on google maps.

Takes a while to load, but well worth a look.

rightly so - you'd get some awesome shots in there!

Bitch of a route in at the moment with camera gear - well kinda no way in to be honest. But hopefully things should get a lot easier soon.

I'd be tempted to put a dry bag on and swim up the portal sometimes! I hope I do get access soon, the shots that I've seen from in there are making me jealous!

Don't do that ;-) You'll never swim against the current that distance and theres bad air to contend with. There will be better options soon :-)

I'll take your advice and leave it for now. Still living in hope though

I've tried looking at this map loads of times, but I can't find anything laid on top of it. What am I doing wrong?!

Also, I noticed there's a map of the tunnel at the bottom of RA. I don't suppose anyone has a PDF of it, or know where I can find it online?
oh, what fresh hell is this?

Have you got the Google Earth plugin installed? The only other things I can think of is choice of browser (IE is devil's spawn) or bandwidth; what's your connection speed?

LMAO  :woohoo: It would be quicker for the server to send the data to Iestyn via carrier pigeon.

Probably your connection speed. I have 76MB, and it takes a while for it to work for me. You need faster pigeons!
You want me to go down *there*? On a bloody *rope*?

nar, i can get it on a dongle, it's probably just the plugin for google earth thats missing.

I'll try downloading a plugin then.

My download speed is somewhere around 500kb/s. Takes about 15mins to download a single PDF file.
FML...
