Hi Mark,
   As of February 2017, this is the info I have for Grand Turk entrance. I can't remember if there are hanger plates in place on the bolts or not, can't say i've been for a year or two.

"Ogof Llyn Ddu 1 (Grand Turk section) â€" short access via inclined pipe from above lime kilns comes under Tarmac Minera Quarry agreement;  no specific access restrictions and entrance is unlocked lid."
