Title: Caban Shaft ?

Could someone tell me what the sort of travel I can expect. Getting over an injury so lots of crawling  and stooping is far from ideal.

you can expect lots of crawling and stooping  :P  :P  :P
approx 30ft entrance shaft so srt or electron( with life line advisable)

As Mike says, there are a lot of stooping parts and crawly low sections. However, there are routes and places to see that are nice walking size passage (mostly)..

It's an interesting place, but like a Swiss cheese.

Sometimes it is possible to find wads of notes, lots of notes  ;)
