Can't it just say:-

'If you've got summat 'special' in your cave/mine what you don't want anyone to see/rob/break, lock it with adamantium (the hardest metal in the world), and if it's just a shithole, let 'em in when they fancy, mooch with respec', on their own head be it, and lets be friends!'

Blah blah, blah blah blah blah!!!

Sounds like the few causing the many a big fat headache and some perspective is required.
