Visit to the doctor

The ingrowing toenail was causing me stress, so I went to the doctor today
 he said I, don't have time for  toenails, but Ill give you a check anyway
I stripped to the waist then he banged on my chest and wrapped a thing round my arm
yes but the toenail I said, he replied that will do you no harm
the toe will be fine if you cut the nail straight, but that rattling noise in your chest
well I don't like the sound of it, mark my words you had better lay down and rest
your blood pressure is up, you are drinking too much, your weight is a little bit high
I advise a change in your lifestyle if you don't take my advise you could die
die, die, I'm fit as a fiddle man don't you see, what kind of doctor are you
cant you see I'm the picture of health, Die, that's the last thing Ill do.
