Title: THE PUB
Post by: mick murphy on Nov 25, 2015, 07:55 PM
After  a  hard  days  caving  the  club  and  I
like  nothing  better  than  a  pint  and   a  pie
But  not  all pubs  do  coffee  for  me
Except  the  one  above  the  Dee

A  very  old  pub  set  back  in  the  shire
A  place  you  can  sleep, a  place  you  can  hire
Were  our  club  was formed  so long  ago
From  here  you  can  journey  to worlds  below

A  place  to  meet  our  family  and  friends
With  staff  and  there  greetings  and  all that  it  sends
So  if  you  all  decide  to  come  up  this  way
Call  in  for  a  pint  and  something  to  say

Were  here  to  listen  while  eating  our  grub
There,s  nothing  more  better  than  the  warmth
Of  a  pub
