Title: Can't log in via WIFI, but can using 3G phone signal.
Post by: Tony Salusbury on Jul 31, 2015, 07:25 PM
I can't access the forum from my PC or phone using my home's WIFI. I have to disable WIFI on my phone and post using 3G signal.

Is there a DNS problem server side Tim, that maybe needs a refresh?

Any ideas? Only happens on UCET forum :(

no trouble here so maybe an isolated incident?

Definitely sounds like a DNS issue but more towards the ISP that does your internet rather than our server. Sounds like they perhaps lost one and are waiting for a refresh... Less used sites typically take longer compared to the massive ones.... We might be big on caving club membership numbers but we're a minnow getting washed about in the world wide web!

Scrap that not working again, but I've changed my IP using Cyberghost and I can now log in (from France!)

Proves its something to do with your ISP I guess. Dunno what to do/say really. .... Working OK via WiFi from the States for me......
