We have received a £100 donation from the Cilcain show in recognition of our efforts. I have therefore written a "thank you" letter as follows;

Dear Sir,
I am writing to thank you most sincerely for the donation you have made to the caving club and to assure you it is gratefully received and will be faithfully applied.
We very much enjoyed our time at the show and, notwithstanding the rain, there was a tremendous amount of interest in the caving exhibition with many families taking part in the rope feature and artificial cave.
May we also thank you for allowing us the opportunity of sharing in the experience and being part of the show.
