United Cavers Exploration Team

Its with a massive amount of sorrow and regret that I have to bring this up. But its something that really needs saying and its been grating me for a while now.

Sitting myself down and writing this has been extremely hard for me because this club has brought me so much fun and i've met so many fantastic people over the years.

But....

For the last two weeks something terrible has happened. We've been so busy messing about down stinking dark damp muddy holes in the ground that we've been too late to get to the pub (even with the glans flexible hours) to enjoy a pint.

Now i know people might be thinking 'get it a grip, its a caving club not a drinking club' but honestly, i think we all know the truth!

I suggest every single one of you go and find youself a mirror and take a long hard look at yourself. Give yourselves a good talking too and possibly a little slap.

If this carries on then I will propose a change of leadership at the next AGM  :P

who's idea was it to go back down there this week anyway????
