Meeting at normal lakeside cafe at Blaenau Ffestiniog at 09:30.
I'll drive the landy round to Croesor and up the track from there. People then have the choice to walk back down from the end of the through trip past Cwmorthin to the lake (if its a nice day) or come back down and round in the landy.
Landy can sea 9 in total from Mold. But can fit more than that on going up the track if people don't mind sitting on the roof :-)

Definitely breakfast at the cafe it tradition.

We might be slightly late to the cafe based on the 8:30 people on route plus picking up john and dylan on the way, plus the fact its more than an hours drive anyway. Probably be nearer 10:00 but if people are sitting feeding faces and drinking tea it should be any drama to just hang fire until we've all arrived!
John i'll pick you up whenever i get to yours having left my place at 8:30 ish.... can give u a bell if required providing i manage to get a signal driving over - i don't normally!

andy - no, most people are tuned into the 8:30 from mine times - theres only too meeting us at the cafe - so we'll leave it at 8:30 from mine and just get to the cafe when we get there.
John - perfect - will give you a quick bell from here as we leave (would u prefer home number or mobile??). If i forget - assume we've left at 8:30 though
