Yet another item to lug into a mine... but I'm hoping to get some quite specific shots that can only be done with one, and a fast, low DoF lens... so I naturally had to buy an f1.4 50mm (Pentax-M SMC) to go with it
This is the steadycam, and the lens was a forum buy from someone who gave me a great price.

I'm really hoping I can nail the focus, and don't need to bolt on a bloody monitor, but 1.4 is a very small DoF.
For Mike, as he usually goes DoubleYew Tee Eff - DoF is Depth of Field, or how much in focus.
See this - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depth_of_field
£55? I made mine! ;-)
I looked into it, but the Gimbal kept being, well, crap.
I gave up after the 4th attempt, and bloody bought one. At least I can see what's what on this one, and go from there if I decide to attempt another.
