My First go at video underground, and my first go at editing one.
filmed with a 8 year old 3.2mp samdung compact camera so the quality isnt the best, but we all have to start somewhere eh..

Enjoyed the film, the music made we want to eat mushrooms
It's brilliant that you have had a go at video too; lugging a "photo" camera around AND doing a video is tough ... welldone B)
top video fella - do more :-)

give them to johno he's fixed god knows how many of ians cameras
the compact isnt worth the effort, it's probably one of the first digital compacts ever made, the DSLR i've not had a look at yet, i'll wait and see what it's like when it's dried out.

I presume You know this, but here goes anyway...
Put it in a Cotton bag, and bury that in a tub full of rice. Works wonders.
Your editing is good mate, and the video plenty decent for a 1st "proper" attempt. I have "disposable" camcorders if You need one.
Really good vid, enjoyed it!
Best enjoyed eating a bag of mushrooms :)
Great Video Dan,
Sorry to hear about your DSLR I hope it makes a speedy recovery.
You are probably right about the compact, only managed to fixes some of Ian's as he had about a hundred of the same make and I did a bit of transplant surgery on them.
Nice video Dan!
crikey - i've had the same compact a cannon IXUS 870IS (i think, without checking). Its been scuba diving, to the far end of OHA and back through the sumps, around countless caves and mines, down titan and out via collostomy crawl - and all while clipped to my belt/harness i.e. not even in a bag!
Its never missed a beat! What do you people do to them???
Note: it is in a scuba housing and around that i have made a 'wireframe' box welded up out of 6mm stainless tube. so is basically bomb proof!
