The web is forever evolving and new technologies emerging. Its vital in this day and age that you keep your Web-Browser updated with the latest versions.
THIS IS VITAL BOTH TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE PROTECTED FROM SECURITY THREATS, AND ALSO SO THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO ACCESS WEBSITES THAT HAVE THE LATEST PROTECTIONS BUILT INTO THEM TO PROTECT AGAINST UN-AUTORISED ENTRY, ATTACKS ETC.
In an attempt to keep the UCET site secure (we all know why that is important) i use the latest versions of various bits of software in the background to try to keep one step ahead of any dodgy stuff that people try to do.
What this means is that if you're having any kind of problems, please check that you have got the most upto date version of your web browser.
I personally use Google Chrome, which i find to be fast, secure and has the latest functioanality built in. I'd recommend everyone use it but there are of course other options:
In this order I would suggest:
1) Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome
2) Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
in a VERY DISTANT 3rd place (it has lots of problems!)
3) Internet Explorer (8 or 9 depending what version of windows): http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/products/ie/home
Non-or these browsers will force any other kind of rubbish onto your computer - make sure you download them from the proper links above.
If you're having any problem with the UCET website I need to know what browser and what version of it you are using.
I always test the site on the latest versions of:
Chrome
Firefox
Explorer (9)
