thinking of going down north henblas on sun for a few hours if anyone fancies a bit of srt practice.

Heights arent my strong point! But the only way im gona get over them is to crack on with it !

call at mine. i live next to the glan , go past the glan and you'llsee my van on the drive, you can't miss the van it's got my name all over it

fook! I would have been up for this but have left all my gear in work and have just got home so im fecked if im going back to Betws for my srt kit

well the thing is I dont think the harness suplied will fit me and Im quite particular about that and my fgear is set up for me you see!!

had a great time today mike thanks a lot! different doing it in that environment than doing it in a nice cosey warm leisure centre

Did get a bit worried when he started showing me his tights though :whistle:

The balcony at the Leisure Centre is going to seem very tame for you now.

An excellent training ground, wet cold damp and a loverly big drop to help one focus.

7 rebelays starts to built the process into your genes.

That's part of the idea :silly: :cheer: :silly:

CRTT on the 25th will give you a bit more practice ;-)

and anytime you want to go and have a play just let me know - i want to nip down OHA to the sumps sometime soon to put some marks on the wall next to the siphon pipe.

Not been don OHA yet and I get time on the weekdays just need notice.
Let me know if you are going.
The Alyn is really low at the moment as it has been for some time, in fact the water is coming out from Nant Y Gain (I think thats the spot) and disappearing just below the caravan site!
