Hello Cariad,
Well done for getting on the forum :-)
In case you missed the comment i sent, I can't do your profile picture - its something you have to do yourself coz you have to be logged in, as you, to do it.
Its easy enough though....
1) click my profile then view my profile
2) Then goto the edit tab and then update your image
3) then click on choose file and browse for a sexy looking picture of yourself on your copmputer
4) finally press upload once you've chosen your picture.
