hello from finland iam originally from wales iam missing explorering mines but be back befour xmas four a visit so eny one up fore a look around a mine with me i will post befour i visit thanks

iam from wrexham  the mines i have been in a penarth cmorthin there is a lot more but cant remember the names of half of them

wrexham is nice and local. there are quite a few on your door step,cabin shaft/ o.d.b/ pool park to name a few

You won't need any SRT - we can drop an electron ladder down (30 feet). The best piece of kit I can advise is  "knee pads".

It's a mineral rich mine but quite "crawly" in places. There is some "goo" but you shouldn't get too dirty (caving suit or oversuit would be great).

And, of course, wellies.

that shaft were no one has been befour wood be a good one to have a look  at  and sounds a good trip cant wait to get there

hi badger.  where in finland are you please?? I am out there on elective in the Oulu Hospital for 3 months from April 2012.  Are ther any mines etc  near me do you know????
