Hidden Earth is the UK's annual caving conference
Hidden Earth 2011: 23-25 September 2011, Monmouth, South Wales
http://hidden-earth.org.uk/
Sarah and I are going on the Friday (23rd) Afternoon and camping on site for the weekend. We can offer lift to anyone else.
Should be a cracking weekend! :-)
Anyone going??? Apart from Tim and Sarah, and me.
Be a good club thing to go to???
Have some fun, drink real ale, get underground. Theres a lovely mine called Findal over near Ruspidge area of the Forest. Its a mixed mine of coal and iron into cave. There are still really old tracks hanging on the side of tiny passages, a muddy drop down and then into cave. There is also Bix stone DEATH mine! and many more - Graces Lane is lovely also.
Interest??????
:)
