Title: Ucet Clothing
Post by: Tim Watts on Jun 03, 2011, 11:54 AM
I'm going to order some polo shirts and Fleece's

Anyone want any?

They will be decent quality (I.e. will wash/last well) and will be embroidered with the UCET logo and text on the left chest.

Exact prices will depend on numbers but what i've suggested as price below will be the maximum real price to you (after vat, postage etc etc)

£16.58 Polo shirts This a a decent quality cotton one in Black with embroidered logo nb: cheap one are half this but i suspect won't offer value for money.

£33.76 Fleece Jacket (Dickies Tampa Fleece) this a proper windproof and breathable lined fleece jacket - zipped. Black / Grey with logo. Not a cheap shit one! This is what they look like:

£23.64 Jerzees 1/4 Zip Microfleece - again, in black with embroidered logo.

I'm thinking of getting them from here so have a look through and let me know if you want anything else!

http://www.logos4polos.com/category.aspx

NB: pricing is based on garment plus around £3.50 embroidery, plus £10 postage (i.e. for ten items it'll cost a pound each), Plus VAT.

Reply here if you want anything and include the sizing you want.

Tim

SIZE CHART! (for polos, fleeces, hoodies etc)

Size v Chest (to fit)

S   36"
m   38"
L   42"
XL  44/46"
XXL 48"
3XL 50"

measure your chest with a tape measure. The inches quoted are the size of the chest they will fit. i.e. the garments are actually bigger than the inches quoted to allow looseness etc.

Can someone contact the non forum bods to see if they want anything? (i can't from out here!)

I'll place the order on Friday the 10th i.e. to give a chance to speak to anyone on thursday night if someone can do this.

Also, should we consider ordering a small stock. Say 5 or 6 polos across the M-XL?

Remember, the items i suggested are only a suggestion. Theres all kinds of stuff available from Thongs to Beanies and from Kit bags to Bum Bags! Even UCET teddy bears!

Claire, have a check of their website - loads of female garments avaliable too. basicly a black will work well for the logo design add about £5 to the garment price for logo and postage and then add vat.

Anything you want you can have (buy!).

Ian, as mentioned your small jackets came as mediums - if after trying them you don't want them i'm sure we can keep them as club 'stock'. To be honest, they aren't massive sizes so they might be ok?

Ian, I've just started UCET clothing 2 - please can you add an order on behalf of guy and paul (if you know what they want)

I've provisionally put guy down for an XL jacket and XL polo - can't remember if he also wanted a fleece/hoodie or not.....?

No chance :P :P :P

My own order was wrong and I am certainly not ordering on behalf of other people and then putting myself into a position where I have ot sort out "problems" again :silly:

If they don't order then it is tough bollox. I may see Guy Sunday or Monday evenng but I won't see Paul.

I am happy to email either or both (you have the email list and you could email      )

I am also aware that the Treasurer is not yet in receipt of all of the money from the first order and, as you can imagine, I am very much looking forward to shorting that mess out too.

.... I will be voting you in as Secretary at the next AGM :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

who still owes money - is it Meaty and Marty?? Did anyone give them their clothing (think mike took theres) - anyway, Name and Shame!! Guy has the list of who owes what.

if you can speak to guy r.e. what he wants that would be cool I know he wanted XL size and i 'think' he wanted a polo and a jacket - but not sure if he also wanted a hoodie or microfleece - i'll email both him and paul but i'm pretty certain guy won't check his email!!!!

I don't know who owes money (which is part of the problem)  - Doug gave me "some" money to give to Guy but he confessed it wasn't the right amount but he didn't know the right amount (communication problem).

I am fairly sure Mike told me he had someones money but I don't remember if Mike told me or someone else did - that's at least two whose money Guy doesn't have and another problem.

.... I am also certain Guy won't check his email   which is yet another problem :silly:

.... I am sec until next AGM then, I am certain, there will be someone eager to have a bash at it :woohoo:

I did it that way because, my crystal ball (aka "experience") told me exactly was was going to happen :silly: :S
i also have meaty's clothing but not his money (yet)
This seems to be another problem .... According to the order (on this thread), Meaty didn't order anything.

What, exactly, have you got that you think is Meaty's ?

Really cool that both the secretary AND the treasurer knew all about it ;) ;) ;) ;)

Treasurer DID/DOES know all about it - i discussed and emailed full details to guy - and went over it AGAIN in the pub last time i was there AND meatys order is shown clearly at the order list in the first post AND there is a note next to this to the effect that i paid this amount directly using my own bank card as it was ordered 'late' - i.e. after guy had sent the cheque and hence that amount was to be knocked off my own bill.

evrywhere you go, the position stays with you - araldited to you.  It has entered your blood supply and the inner core of your being.  Nothing can remove you from this position, not even turps or anything stronger! not even 'sweaty-betties' or nitro-glycerene! The position is like a spirokete - it lies dormant within you, permantly attached .... :silly:

Spirokete (spirochaete bacterium) is hardly dormant

It is responsible for allsorts of horrible and nasty diseases including;

1) Weil's disease
2) Lyme disease
3) Syphilis

.... and various other reasonable nasty stuff.

The presence of nitro-glycerine in the blood stream would cause a headache (and a bad one at that)

Seems to me that the secretary's job is a disease ridden, headache causing position and it is no wonder no one else wants the job :S

I am, as I said before, charmed

You appear to have developed some strange and misguided fetish.

There IS a member who caves in a mankini but it isn't me and there is also a caver who caves in, somewhat, odd socks (again, who isn't me).

However, I seem to have become the object of your lurid desires which suggests;

1) You have been spending too much time on certain websites
2) I need to be VERY careful when caving with you

The first I can do nothing about, the second I can :S

At ease Captain
